We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. To initiate a return, email hello@kindredskin.net with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge if reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
