We want you to love your Kindred Skin products. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@kindredskin.net with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
